FCP Hospitality is an established staffing agency supplying skilled hospitality professionals to London's bars, restaurants and hotels.
Founded by three long-standing friends with years of hands-on experience across the industry — behind the bar, on the floor and managing service under pressure — we know exactly how critical reliable cover is to a venue's success, having each felt the strain of being short-staffed on a busy shift.

Fabian combines a rigorous finance background with direct experience in hospitality, giving him a clear understanding of both commercial performance and service standards. As co-founder of FCP Hospitality, he leads the company’s financial and strategic direction, ensuring the business remains disciplined, sustainable and focused on delivering quality for premium venues.

Chris has over 15 years of experience in premium hospitality, progressing from bartender to Bar Manager and General Manager across some of London’s most demanding venues. As co-founder of FCP Hospitality, he brings specialist mixology knowledge, experience in cocktail programme development and a strong understanding of the people and relationships behind excellent service.
